Return & Warranty Policy

 

Return Window:

We offer a 10-day return window on most products. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of receiving the product. Please note that unboxing video is required for initiating the return request

 

No Warranty on Certain Products:

For items imported on a request basis or those without service centers in India, we do not provide a warranty.

 

Warranty on Other Products:

For brands with established service centers in India, warranties range from 6 months to 1 year, and these can be availed using our invoice.

 

Nekavo-Branded Products:

All products under the Nekavo brand come with a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.

 

Returns:

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. However, no returns are allowed for digital or virtual products.

 

Exchanges:

We also offer exchanges for physical products. If you wish to exchange an item, please ensure it meets the conditions mentioned below.

 

Product Condition & Return Window:

  • Product Condition: Products must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
  • Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.

 

Return Method & Fees:

  • Return Method: All returns must be made by mail.
  • Return Label: A prepaid return label is included in the package, and the return shipping is free.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returns.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned product.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned product for domestic shipments. Refunds will be processed in 7 days of receiving the returned product for international orders.

  • Full Refund Exceptions: A complete refund will be provided in cases where Nekavo is at fault, such as if the item is damaged, missing, or incorrect.

  • Payment Gateway Charge Deduction: A 3% deduction will be applied to your refund to cover payment gateway processing fees if the customer provides a redundant reason for the refund or no reason at all.

  • Customer Remorse Returns: Returns based on customer remorse (such as changing your mind or no longer needing the product) are not allowed.
