Ever since the Steam Deck first released, Valve fans have been wondering whether the console would get an OLED upgrade similar to what the Nintendo Switch received. Valve has previously been hush-hush about the possibility, but more and more evidence has been popping up for an OLED model over the past few months, making it seem very likely. Now, Valve has randomly decided to pull back the curtain and reveal that an OLED Steam Deck is not only happening, it’s happening really soon.

Excellent service
This is my personal experience- I purchased the 512 GB Steam Deck from Nekavo after connecting with them as to availability. They delivered the same within a day. The said piece had a manufacturing defect so Nekavo replaced it with a new device as soon as their next shipment arrived. The new model seems to be working well so far. I deduct the one star for durability only because of a few of these occasional known manufacturing defects. The build quality is otherwise good and it feels great in the hands and is lighter than the LCD model. The colors really pop on the OLED screen and games look and play well on it. Nekavo’s professionalism is very good. The price charged is also reasonable compared to a few other sites and other sources in India.
Nekavo - Thumbs up! The Steam Deck OLED is a versatile device. Has a few software glitches from time to time but it is very good overall especially with the instant sleep/wake function. Just don't expect to play the latest AAA games at great settings but for older games and emulation, it is stable, easy to get into and is a good PC gaming companion. As long as you know what you're getting, you won't regret it.
A few of the OLED Steam Decks are known to have shipped with dead pixels, sticking keys, etc. That is a luck of the draw thing. If you get a good piece, then you should be safe.
